Returns and Refunds
You may request a return within 48 hours of the day receiving your order, products must be unused, and in original condition and packaging. Return Shipping Costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
We will inspect returned item(s), we will notify you on approval status, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment with 5-10 business days.
If your candle arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and included photos, we will arranged replacement of refund at no extra cost.
